Refunds may be considered in the following scenarios:
If a driver accepts a booking but fails to arrive at the pickup location.
If a technical glitch in the app results in an incorrect fare calculation or double payment.
If a ride is terminated early due to safety issues or driver misconduct.
Refunds will generally not be issued if:
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact support via the app or email within 24 hours with your Booking ID.
Our team will review the trip logs, GPS data, and communicate with the driver.
If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
In some cases, a cancellation fee may be charged to compensate the driver for their time and fuel. If you believe a cancellation fee was charged unfairly, you may appeal it through our support channel.
